Seth Ward, CPA, began his accounting practice in 2002.  Seth A. Ward, CPA, PLLC operated as a full service accounting firm with the traditional services of tax, review, audit and compilation.  A strong focus of the firm was long-term health care accounting services that included cost report preparation and reimbursement consulting.

Chris Brady, CPA, joined Seth Ward as a partner in 2008 at which time the firm was renamed, Ward, Brady & Co., PLLC.  Chris has extensive experience in long-term healthcare, cost reporting, and Medicaid/Medicare reimbursement consulting.   Chris also has experience in income tax preparation and attest services. 

The combination of the partner’s professional experience has enhanced and strengthened the services of Ward, Brady & Co. PLLC.  The mission of Ward, Brady & Co., PLLC is to provide quality, professional and personalized accounting services to our clients.
